01. Do you offer just day-of coordination?

Not exactly. You'll see "day-of" or "month-of" and many other confusing terms thrown around, so we call it Event Management. Our services begin when you book us, with monthly guidance throughout planning, and coordination services kick in around 2-3 month prior to the event date, ensuring we assist you with all of the final logistics and prepare our team as well as your vendors to do our very best job for you. We help construct your timeline, lead your final walk thru meeting at your venue, and jump in to handle the "nitty gritty" the last month of planning so that you don't have to. Best of all, we tie it all together to run the show on event day. Want someone to just show up on the day of? Think twice -- they won't be prepared!

02. How do I know if I need Creative Direction or Full Planning & Design?

We connect with you from day one to discuss your specific needs and choose the offering that works best for you. We'll tell you about the services that go hand-in-hand to make sure nothing is left out. A lot also depends on how much assistance you would like. Some of our clients want to be super involved in the planning and like to handle a few of the logistics. Reach out and we'll chat!

03. What type of wedding budgets do you work with?

The overall budgets of our events really run the gamut. While we have experience with some budgets under $25k and have worked on projects with six-figure budgets, the majority of our events have overall budgets ranging from $75k-150k.

04. Do I need you if my venue already has a coordinator?

A good way to remember is this: your venue coordinator works for the venue and we work for you. They are the experts when it comes to the space, so they can help us with many of the logisitics, layout ideas, weather plans, etc. We work with them directly on making sure we know the lay of the land and the ins-and-outs of your venue rental agreement. We will liase with the venue coordinator on scheduling meetings, vendor load-ins, parking, and any other details relating to the venue. On the flipside, though the venue coordinator will be helpful on all of those fronts, they won't typically tackle the rest of your planning and design questions. We can help with choosing all aesthetic elements, curating the perfect team of venues, and answering all of your etiquette and planning questions. On the day of your event, we will style all of your decor items, pack up gifts, and handle many more tasks on your behalf.

05. How much do you charge?

Since all of our packages are customized, we have a range of price points and can work with most overall event budgets. However, the investment begins at 3950.

06. Do you contract or pay vendors directly?

We do not. We will consult on curating the perfect team of vendors for your event based on your preferences, style, and budget, however you sign the contracts and you write the checks. Furthermore, we firmly do not take kickbacks from vendors and pass along any discounts to our clients.

07. What if I don't have a wedding venue or date yet?

We can help with that! We offer venue selection services, and through that process, we can assist in nailing down your date.

08. Do you help with rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, bridal luncheons, and other events surrounding the wedding?

We love to! Social gatherings and celebrations surrounding the wedding and otherwise are some of our favorites to plan. We can add any events to your package to help you with the entire wedding weekend, start to finish.

09. What type of non-wedding events do you plan?

While we adore weddings, social gatherings and corporate events are just as fun for us. We have experience planning a wide range of events including: bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, vow renewals, anniversary parties, brand launches, pop-up shops, trunk shows, shop openings, fashion shows, and more.
